This year has been quite something so far. The world at large seems to have taken leave of its senses. Do you feel like you need to take a moment to gather your strength and equilibrium?

Are you a woman aged somewhere from 18 to 70+? Would you appreciate some time out to just breathe? You could come with a group of friends. Or be brave, and come on your own and make new friends.

This is an invitation to the 2026 Replenish Retreat. And it is on the calendar for the weekend 9–11 October 2026. The venue is Ocean Outlook at Luther Heights, Coolum. It is a time to recharge your inner battery. You may be mum with young children or teenagers. You may be a student with end-of-year deadlines looming. You may be a working woman needing to recharge to make it to this year’s finish line. Or you may be retired and needing to find your way out of a rut.

Replenish is for all of us. It is a weekend to do as much or as little as you like.

There will be time for –

·    reading a book

·    walking on the beach

·    spending time with friends

·    painting

·    doing the craft you love

·    playing board games or cards with friends, old and new

·    contemplating the ocean from the veranda at Ocean Outlook, Luther Heights

·    enjoying a day trip to the Eumundi Markets

·    having an undisturbed nap in the early afternoon

·    meditating

·    devotion and worship lead by other women

·    and the list goes on, only limited by your imagination!

The weekend begins at 6pm on Friday evening with platters of food to share as you get to know new friends or have quality time with old friends. Our time together finishes after lunch on Sunday.
